What is the offer?

An eligible product is any product from the following brands: Grey Goose® Vodka, Patron® Tequila, Bacardi® Rum or Bombay Sapphire®.

What is the prize on offer?

Who can enter the promotion?
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

What is a qualifying purchase?
A qualifying product is any product from the following brands: Grey Goose® Vodka, Patron® Tequila, Bacardi® Rum or Bombay Sapphire®.

How do I make a claim?
To enter, individuals must then complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

  1. Scan the QR code located in Participating Retailers or visit www.win-endlesssummer.com.au
  2. Follow the prompts to the promotion entry page.
  3. Input the requested details including first name, last name, email address, date of birth, mobile number, and residential address.
  4. Upload a copy of their Qualifying Purchase receipt.
  5. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy; and then
  6. Submit the fully completed entry form.

You must retain the original receipt as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase when requested may result in invalidation of your claims and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Please ensure, the date of purchase, store name and promotional product purchases are clearly visible on your receipt.

Start date: 27/03/23 at 12:01 am AEDT
End date: 02/05/23 at 11:59 pm AEST.

How can I enter the promotion?

Do I need to keep my proof of purchase?
Yes, you must retain the original or a copy of your purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
Failure to produce the proof of purchase when requested may result in invalidation of your claims and forfeiture of any right to a gift. Please ensure, the date of purchase, store/venue name and promotional product purchases are clearly visible on your receipt.

I’ve lost my eligible receipt / I didn’t receive a receipt when I made my eligible purchase
how can I enter this promotion?
In the event that an individual is not automatically handed a purchase receipt at the time of making their Qualifying Purchase, it is the individual’s responsibility to request a purchase receipt.

How do I know if I’ve won a prize?
Winners will be notified in writing by email and phone within seven (7) business days of the draw.
Winner’s names will be published online at www.win-endlesssummer.com.au by 15/05/2023.

How long is the promotion running and when will winners be announced?
Entries into the promotion open on 27/03/2023 and close at 11:59pm AEDST on 02/05/2023.
The draw will take place at 11:00am AEDST on 8/05/2023. Winners will be notified in writing by email within five (5) business days of the draw. Winner’s names will be published online at www.win-endlesssummer.com.au by 15/05/2023.

How long do I have to redeem/ claim a prize?
If for any reason a winner does not redeem a prize by the 10/07/2023, then the prize will be forfeited.

What information will I need to complete my entry?
First name, last name, email address, date of birth, mobile number, and residential address; and upload a copy of your Qualifying Purchase receipt.

How many times can I enter the competition?
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following:

  1.  only one (1) entry permitted per transaction regardless of the number of Eligible Products purchased in that transaction;
  2. each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements;
  3. a maximum of two (2) entries per person per day is permitted for NSW residents; and
  4. only one (1) prize is permitted per person (excluding SA residents). For the avoidance of doubt, unless the entrant is a resident of SA, if an entrant is drawn more than once, they will only be eligible to receive one (1) prize and any additional prizes will be awarded to the next entry drawn.
